Hi Greg, 

Hope all is well would just like to share my installation experience with you. As you probably already know, I had the solar panels installed on Saturday 11th December 2010. Your company had organised.

Three guys to come to my home that morning to do the installation. Unfortunately I have forgotten the names of the guys (sorry!!!) I am hopeless with names but I am sure you would have records of them. These guys had to arrive that morning by 6:30 am as I had to leave soon after due to work. Greg, these guys had turned up at approx 6:15 am so that they had enough time to go through the installation process with me and to give me enough time to ask any questions which I might have had and allowing me to leave my home on time in order to keep my promised appointment with my customer.

This courtesy is unfortunately rare in today’s community or work force, but these guys not only respected my movements but the process of explaining the installation and answering any question I had was done in such a professional manner that it allowed me to leave with complete confidence that my investment in your companies product is in good hands. For a long time now, I have not experienced such care and pride that these tradesman have shown in their duty to carry out their work, just in the way they presented themselves prior to the work commencing. They were very respectful, courteous, enthusiastic and well mannered which gave me confidence and most importantly, made my wife feel safe and at ease whilst work began. Nothing ever seemed too difficult of a task and everything that had been requested had been accomplished without any dramas. Any changes that may have occurred were discussed and explained to me via the phone throughout the day, in such precision that I could clearly visualize the changes without physically seeing them. They installed the system not in the quickest way, but in a way that the system would work to its full potential as cutting corners was obviously not in their character. I cant speak highly enough of these guys and I must apologize that I hadn’t written to you earlier as I have been busy at this time of the year, but its the least I could do in taking out a bit of time to let you know how appreciative my family and I are of all that you and your staff have done since day one. 

I most definitely would not hesitate for one moment in recommending your company to others, as it actually feels great to be able to compliment someone as opposed to hearing the horror stories, which unfortunately are more common today! Hang on to these guys, as they are a rare breed!!

Greg, thanks’ to you and your staff once again for a job well done in all respects, as all that has been promised has been delivered with class.

Dear Greg,

I am writing to congratulate you on your fine staff. Recently we had our solar panels installed and simply could not fault your organisation and staff in all our dealings. At all times they have been friendly, helpful and with an expert knowledge base.

Our initial contact was with Gabe, who went out of his way to accomadate our time restraints, with visiting us in the evening, which was greatly appreciated. He was indeed a wealth of knowledge and truly inspired trust in him as he wanted to make sure we had all the facts, and very happilly answered all our questions. In all our contacts with Gabe he has been punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Your administration staff have also been amazing. I have phoned Ainsley in particular with many queries and requests (We decided to do an extra bit for the environment and increase our order) and she has always been so courteous, and nothing has been to much trouble for her. Barbara and Loiuse have always been very helpful too and know their areas very well.

The staff that did the actual installing of the panels and the meter were also punctual and proficient.

I have been extremely happy with Solar Energy NSW, installing our solar panels and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to others. Your staff are truly terrific, efficient and have made dealing with your company a real pleasure.

I am happy to recommend Solar Energy NSW Pty Ltd as recently we had our home installed with a back to the grid Silex Solar Panel system.

The renewable energy consultant was extremely knowledgeable in recommending an appropiate sized system as well as discussing the current rebate and options available that would suit our family household.

In regards to the after sales service I found the staff to be quite polite and helpful in relation to the delivery and installation of the system as well as the metering and application for grid connection.

The installation was done on time and any unexpected issues were handled professionally and was resolved quickly.

Dear Greg,

I came across Solar Energy by accident. A friend suggested that "Apricus" was the way to go for Solar hot water so I contacted "Apricus" and they gave a short list of people to contact.

I had gone the usual route of multitudes of quotes for heat pumps and solar and had run headlong into the government's policy changes and was feeling irritated by the whole process so I was hoping for something better this time.

Solar Energy sent rep Peter Finch and he explained the "Apricus" system in his quite, polite manner. At our request he went into what Solar Energy had to offer in solar panels and water tanks.

The two plumbers had the solar hot water gear up on the roof and they were able to place the pipes in the wall cavities. The electrician followed and all was a go. The solar panels were installed quickly as was the fully installed water tank. All of the "Tradies" were good guys who got on with the job.

Nothing is perfect........ The rain came at exactly the most inconvenient time!!!

All of our contacts with Solar Energy NSW people were pleasant and efficient and we would enthusiastically recommend them ( if we were starting these projects again , would we use them?....You bet we would!!). And if you would like to speak with us about any of this, please call us.
